The Schola of St. Paul's Cathedral is made up of young professional singers as well as students from Boston's conservatories and universities. They meet to rehearse on Sundays before the 10 a.m. service, providing music for that and special Cathedral and diocesan services September through June. Sometimes joined by guest musicians, the choir leads the congregation in hymns and service music in addition to singing anthems, which range in era and style from medieval chant to Gospel arrangements accompanied on our 1880s Steinway piano.
